I am so sad about missing out on Fashion week again!!! I tried to be inspired by all the creativity in New York while stuck in the west coast working. I love neutrals and mixing up neutrals, including backgrounds. When I did this shoot, I didn’t really have a vision or a location in mind but somehow worked out. When I initially got this skirt I was thinking I was probably going to wear it with a T-shirt because I love wearing things that contradict lol, a work style skirt and a T, but as I was planning out my outfit, the pieces just came together. Per usually, my outfit is from Zara, both on sale. I am all about the ballin on a budget and you shouldn’t have to break the bank to feel and look good. When I go shopping, I never go with an outfit in mind, I look for pieces that stand out and I get them. I eventually always find something to wear it with. The outfit had so much detail, I didn’t want to over accessorize, but a pop of color never hurts. I got these lavender pair of Steve Madden shoes to mix with other pastels but when I was looking for a pop of color for this fit, I figured why not! Worked out pretty well. Sad story, if you live in San Diego, Horton Plaza will be torn down, it is so beautiful and has so much color! I am going to take advantage before it is turned into a parking lot, so I hear.
